This One's For The Ladies, is wondrously catchy, simple power pop with just a hint of fuzz around the edges. Though it's the lyrics that hold my interest, Scott McCaughey's wit balancing pathos, humor, and a touch of strangeness. "Shrugging off their tales of rape and malpractice... is she the man for the job?"
